Nothing compares to quaint little towns; their roots run deep with stories of old. One of the greatest appeals of an old town is its architecture, especially to Shiela and Aleja’s favorite church of Spring Lake, St. Catharine.

Although it wasn’t 100% full, we couldn’t resist an opportunity to meet up for the last super moonrise for 2022! With almost no humidity, more than bearable temps combined with an ocean breeze made for great July weather for our Adventure.

Our Historic Farm Photo Adventure was epic! Our frequent Adventurers helped us welcome seven newer Adventurers—five of which joined us for the very first time, and the day was picture perfect.

The one thing you can never predict for an Adventure is the weather. The week before our Adventure we were having beautiful spring weather.

What do you do when nature smiles at you? You smile back and capture the moment. On our last Adventure, Jersey Girls Photo Adventures explored several locations in the Pinelands, and it did not disappoint.

The weather forecast on the morning of our scavenger hunt Adventure read “19 degrees, sunny, and feels like 9 degrees.” The bitter cold did not deter us. Instead, we layered our winter warrior best and set out to have a blast!

We ended 2021 with a Holiday Photo Walk Adventure in the cutest town all decorated for the holidays. The storefronts were all lit up and festive.

Our Waxing Moonrise Photo Adventure led by our newest Co-Leader, Shiela, took place on the Seaside boardwalk. It was her first time leading a Jersey Girls Photo Adventure and we had a blast.

Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) was a unique Adventure for JGPA. It was an Adventure to go beyond the visual experience of photography and learn how to immerse yourself in nature.

We had so much fun on our Photojournalism Adventure with Dorann Weber. We all met up bright and early at Whitesbog for their First Annual Fall Fest.

This photo from our last Adventure was taken in front of an old Gothic Revival-style church built in 1881 at our Philly Photo Walk Adventure. Johanna got us inside, which was a really nice treat.

April's Adventure was the "Pink Moon" and the first of three super moons of 2021.

On our March Adventure, we hiked 3.5+ miles through the Rancocas State Park where we successfully found signs of Spring.

We couldn't have timed this Adventure any better. For the snow lover, it was perfection.
